Kimberlee Haring became the very first Integrity Billing employee on January 3, 2015. A billing, coding and collections expert, Kimberlee joined the Integrity team with more than 16 years of experience in Hospital and Home Health billing and Urology practice management. Kimberlee eagerly accepted Integrity’s offer and quickly became a part of the foundation of the “expect more” tagline. From the onset of her employment, Integrity executives have sought Kimberlee’s expertise in the implementation of systems integration and procedural best practices. She is a compassionate leader who understands the growing pains involved in personal and professional evolution. She is a trusted advisor to the executive team and many of the employees.
As Integrity Billing’s Compliance Manager, Kimberlee directs day-to-day operations of all departments to ensure adherence to the regulations set forth by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for 3rd party revenue cycle management companies. She is responsible for the initial onboarding of new clients which includes credentialing, licensing, implementation into the billing program and many other duties related to billing and collections.
In her spare time, you will find Kimberlee trying a new recipe, burying her head in the latest bestselling self-help book, or spending time with her family. She looks forward to traveling overseas in the upcoming year. She is passionate about advocating for individuals who suffer with substance use and mental health disorders. When an opportunity is available, she does not hesitate to volunteer her time to help others.
