Jordan De Marie is an accomplished and results-driven Executive Administrator with over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, operational leadership, and compliance management across multiple facilities. Currently serving as Executive Administrator at Integrity Billing, Jordan plays a key leadership role in overseeing all operational departments, including Human Resources, Utilization Review, and Compliance. In this capacity, Jordan is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of these departments, fostering interdepartmental collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives to maximize client outcomes and organizational performance.

Before joining Integrity Billing, Jordan served as an Executive Vice President of Administration providing strategic oversight of operations across five facilities, implementing performance improvement initiatives, developing organizational policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Jordan’s expertise in quality assurance, licensing, and adherence to healthcare regulations, such as The Joint Commission, Agency for Healthcare Administration, Department of Children and Families, and CARF standards, has been a cornerstone of their leadership.

Throughout her career, Jordan has excelled in managing key areas such as Utilization Review, Billing and Collections, and Medical Records, driving operational efficiency and improving service quality. She has also played a vital role in overseeing internal KPIs, financial performance, and clinical audits to ensure optimal outcomes. Jordan’s ability to implement outcome measures programs and create patient chart documentation in EMR systems has directly contributed to the improvement of patient care and operational workflows.

Jordan holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology, combining a deep understanding of human behavior with extensive leadership experience. Her dedication to operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction continues to drive improvements in every organization they lead.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jordan chasing after their 5-year-old son, visiting family in Ft. Myers Beach, and squeezing in a CrossFit workout (because the golf swing needs to stay strong). When not pretending to be a professional golfer, Jordan is running a side business knitting stuffed animals and blankets, all while rescuing animals that quickly become part of the family.
