Dr. Lobby is the President and Medical Advisor of Integrity Billing. It is through her generous investment and unwavering support and confidence that Integrity Billing registered as a medical billing company in 2014, opening its doors to the first client in January 2015.
While at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, when Dr. Lobby was studying for a doctorate in chemistry, a friend filled out an application for her to take the MCAT (the test used to apply for medical school). After successfully completing the test, she was accepted at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).
Dr. Lobby graduated from PCOM in 1990, and she was the first female urology resident to complete the program at PCOM in 1997. One of only two practicing female urology surgeons in Palm Beach County, Dr. Lobby is employed by a large multispecialty group. For the past 20+ years, she has been working to help improve the health and wellbeing of patients.
With publications, achievements, accomplishments and accolades too numerous to count, Dr. Lobby now serves as the Chair of the Division of Urology at the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACOS) and serves on the Board of Governors for the ACOS. Currently, she represents urology on the Medical Executive Committee for the Palms West Surgery Center in Loxahatchee, FL.
After meeting Eric P. Yorlano, Integrity Billing’s CEO in 2011, Dr. Lobby became impressed by his involvement with the many lives being saved as a direct result of the steadfast work of local treatment centers. Her many years’ experience in both saving lives and dealing with insurance companies provided Dr. Lobby with unique insight into the complexities of insurance billing. She agreed with Eric that there was a better way to manage insurance and billing. In 2013, Dr. Lobby and Eric began planning the ideal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company. They were later joined in their mission by Denise Corbisiero, and in 2014, the ownership of this RCM company was completed.
Dr. Lobby is credited with the name “Integrity Billing.” Her business fortitude and medical knowledge have become an invaluable asset to the company. As a gifted entrepreneur, Dr. Lobby assisted Eric and Denise with the execution of the business plan and the branding of Integrity Billing – which has grown to become a nationally recognized behavioral health RCM company.
Dr. Lobby and Eric recently became engaged. She is an avid lover of reading, golf and West Highland Terriers. She also happens to be a superb cook in her own rite – worthy of challenging any Iron Chef to a cook-off.
